Another Death In GSMNP

Another Death In GSMNP Another death in GSMNP has occurred.This is the second death in the last week that has taken place in the national park.  A 56-year-old man may have drowned in Abrams Creek. His body was found by park rangers about 1-2  miles from the Abrams Falls trailhead. He was found and his body was recovered on Saturday. The official cause of death has not been released. Another Ramsey Cascades Waterfall Death

Another Ramsey Cascades Waterfall Death From Fall There has been another Ramsey Cascades waterfall death from a fall. An unidentified man has died after falling about 80 feet from the Ramsey Cascades waterfall in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The 37-year-old man was hiking in the area and was witnessed walking across the top of the waterfall before he fell. By the time park rangers arrived to the scene the man was dead.
